Bruner’s Bakery products are all vegetarian all the time. We do not use gelatin, rennet, lard, or similar products often found in baked goods. Specialty cakes are also available with the following modifications: gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and nut-free.
We take dietary restrictions and food allergies seriously. Please notify us with any additional dietary restrictions and/or allergies and we will do our best to work with you to find a great option!

Three-layered 8” cakes with a specialty design at no additional cost. Specialty designs include the following finishes: naked; semi-naked; frosted drip cake; frosted with simple top and bottom piped border. Custom sizes and/or designs may be requested at an additional cost.

Serving Information
We offer cakes in various sizes, but it can be difficult to know which size is correct for your event! We will provide recommendations based on your specific needs, but you may also refer to the information below for general serving information:
- 6” round – serves 10-14 (priced for 10 servings)
- 8” round – serves 20-26 (priced for 20 servings)
- 10” round – serves 30-38 (priced for 30 servings)
- 12” round – serves 40-56 (priced for 40 servings)
Tiered cakes will be priced based on the total number of servings. For example, a two-tier cake with a 12” base and 8” top will serve 60-82 and will thus be priced for 60 servings.
